Great pics Dottore.  Is it my imagination, or were there more places where one could get shots over the catch fencing this year?

Excellent pictures, Dottore. Whow, panning shots at 600mm, very well done indeed. What lens (lens combination)  did you use ?

@ termietermite : I found a few new places this year, and took some shots through the fences.  Most of the time not sure if the fence would be in the picture or not.  There are e few spots where I'll take more pics next year as the results were pretty fine.

@ hgb : Combo used was a Canon 1D MKIIN with 300 mm f2,8 + 1,4x of 2x convertor, sometimes with a 70-200 f2,8.  Next year I hope to have a 500 mm f4 with me.


I've also got a few pictures online I took at the Sebring 12h last March ...

I'll definitely be back there next year to watch the M3 GTR in its first race.  Will also give it a try to get credentials, all these pictures have been taken behind the fences.
