Agreed. My flights will be Sunday to Sat, more or less two weeks apart next year. Wife permitting...
-
I'm planning saturday to sunday, with one week in between.

That's my proposed schedule too! :)

I know, that's why I asked you to keep me informed on your flightplans when you book 'm, might be cheaper to fly out from the UK instead of Amsterdam. ;)
Update: It IS cheaper to flight from the UK, makes a small 200 euro's difference... Gatwick - Orlando with Virgin is 470 euro's, Amsterdam - Orlando with KLM 660....

Too short maybe, but I will be in Whistler until the 15th. I did look at flying from Vancouver straight to Orlando this year but it was very expensive and would have left Mrs U to get my skis back to the UK. Not condusive with earning Brownie points. I maybe able to go back to work for just the 2 days and leave for MCO on Wednesday but that is a big maybe. At the moment I can't take a gamble on that and will most probably go on Thursday.
Anyone else thinking of these days and want to car share?
-
Can anyone give me an idea of how far the drive is that end - never had the chance (i.e. divorce) to go before and this makes it attractive.

From Orlando it's a 2 hour drive to Sebring.

We're possibly planning on going those days and getting into Cape Canav for the day, but might alternatively fly out early friday. Fancy sharing the hire on a 'Vette Bob?

Ooooohh Yes
Cheapest price so far £342 return on Virgin. Still being patient and waiting to pounce

There were some much cheaper deals recently, which were obtained by booking through Australian agencies (expedia and suchlike) but they were with (usually) American carriers and involved two flights. I didn't think to post about them (or did I?). Some people were grabbing rturns for around £150 I think.
I will look for the links and post 'em.

Virgin now £327 Mon/tue to monday

Airline tickets should be bought with credit card to get cover. Most insurances don't cover flights. Sometimes a surcharge for credit card, but the cc company cover if they go bust.

The deal I mentioned above has finished. Sorry!
