We just had a short server outage - all my fault. :-(
I was experiencing problems with the way the reverse proxy was handling
certain requests, and one option was to upgrade that proxy.
However, the configuration-syntax had surprisingly changed enough to
not accept the old configuration, so the first result of my efforts was that
it wouldn't start at all - rendering all sites unreachable. (!)
nice :-(
In hindsight I should have done the upgrade on my test machine, but
previous upgrades has always been smooth - so this was quite unexpected.
Sorry for the outage folks, you can start breathing again now :-)

Hi Lennart,
Thanks for the explanation which i will not pretend to understand. If you have not done so already i suggest a cold beer and a pat on the back. We appreciate your efforts. Thanks again

Update: Saturday, Jan 31 2009
We just had a short outage, to upgrade both the webserver, PHP and database software. So it wasn't your browser og Internet connection that was faulty, just the fact that I had forgotten that I needed to create new hardlinks for the database socket for each website, which made the server unavailable much longer (15 min) than I had expected..... :-)
Everything should be working again, and even be robust towards all currently known attacks.
Please report any unexpected behavior.
IMPORTANT:
The only thing still needed is a server reboot, which I think I can do Monday Feb 2, as I may have a chance to be near the server physically in the unexpected case it needs more attention than I can give it through my serial console connection. (highly unlikely though)

Looks to be working fine here.

I have just had a very difficult "sign on " session, but I find that Firefox is very poor at picking up any site with a delaying issue
(Sometimes pine for switch on and use IE, but not very much...)
All working fine here otherwise, Lennart
Thanks

All good after earlier issues.
