This is a bit crude - and not very scientific - but I do it for our team ever year just for a laugh.
Say €10 IN EACH - Winner takes all
You will need to appoint an adjudicator - but I will try to publish some results after the race if necessary.

Nice one.
We've done a sweepstake before with prizes for overall top 3, plus class winners and runners up.
It all adds a bit of interest in the race, even for those that don't watch the cars!!

As my post says - I organise it for OUR team (Flying Gherkin Motorsports). I can't organise it on here - BECAUSE I WILL BE IN LEMANS!! ;D ;D ;D
If you want in, then I suggest you get organised on here with all THE REST OF THE STAY AT HOMES :'(
