I have it on DVD. The film producer would never admit who was doing the driving but it was a race driver, somebody like Graham Hill was rumoured. Was filmed at about 5am in the morning.

PS. I think from memory that it was a Ferrari 275 GT

Having just watched it again, the notes say a 275 GTB, and a famous French F1 driver (1978).  He must know Paris well too.
