How about a section that we can post events for the week to cover the events that seperate groups intend to host/attend. The meet on sat evening at the Champagne bar seems a not to be missed together with other such http://drinkathons.
Has anyone taken the time to review the events and can post a suggested itenary for the week ?

Hi Darren, closer to the time Smokie will be posting a list of activities so send him a mesage of what you have on offer at your site.

I'd prefer that it was automatic. But OK, I will do it again. Let me know:
When you travel. how many, how you can be spotted
When you will be arriving and where (which camp site)
Any events that you are planning which would be open to general (Club Arnage) participants (BBQs, fireworks etc)
If you want, mobile phone numbers
Anything else which might be of the slightest interest about what you are planning or places where things might be happening.
As in previous year's I will put together a Word doc and circulate to anyone who requests it.

Put me down for the Wednesday night 9:00PM
Tetre Rouge BAR , downstairs. This is the break between Qualifying sessions. Drivers left at the start of the Mulsanne straight.
Canada Phil The Moose will be there.

We are normally there on a Weds night, used to be great a few years ago when you could get a view of the track from outside the bar!
