I have to ask - what is the 1.038 factor for??  I presume it represents the 3.8%.  If so, you have mis-read the instructions - this figure kicks in on orders for 5 or more calendars;  you have already added the 0.75 fee once for your order of 1 calendar.  I'll take the extra as a donation to CA funds - not worth sending it back   

D'oh.  Correct you are.  You can keep the, what, .45 GPB?  lol

Consider it a downpayment on next year's LM Guide.

I understand your disliking of the paypal system, but it's the fastest and best way for me to get any money to you from Canada.  So on the one hand I'm sorry, and on the other, I'm paying...
11 GPB, plus 0.75, x 1.038 is... uh,... 12.20 GBP.
