All booked...leaving on the night ferry on the 14th and returning on the night ferry again on the 24th...can't wait!
After my trip earlier this year I know the area a bit better so I will be doing all the driving....lol

We have a parking space at the ACO members car park, which is at the top of Rouge and every time we have walked in we have seen the French we small tents pitched during the race. So I would do as they do and if you happen to meet some English guys camping in the ACO camp site (also at the top of Rouge car park) they might let you in to use their shower and toilets.

I know this sounds stupid, but I'm in Le Mans right now house sitting for a friend, and on Monday it will be my birthday. Can anyone suggest somewhere nice and safe for a woman alone to go for a meal.

Well we had a great time again and I think our four virgins did too. It was great to meet up with old friends and to make some new ones, can't wait for next year!
Can someone explain something to me... why is there never anything in the English press about Le Mans?

This will be the first year that I can not make it but Shoemaker is unwell and has been advised by his consultant not to travel.    It has come as a shock to both of us as we really look forward to our annual trip to Lemans.  We have our fingers crossed for good news later in the month and that we will be able to make it next year.
I hope Brian (Liverpool Boys) has a great birthday
