One of our lot got the 750 fine and his lincense taken, as he was on his own at the time it was a bit of a problem. Luckily a bunch of guys in a citroen ds also getting done helped out with a spare driver..thanks to them.

However on the flip side entering France on the Tuesday morning one of our cars got breathalised at the port all of them over the limit, lots of nons and ques going on... end result let them off as we provided a just sober alternative driver from a different car... so not all of them are tossers just most of them...

Good question, consider me a last ditch effort to recover some cash. I am going, will be there Thursday, try to sell them but if you cant call me and I will try to scramble some euros together...Not trying to take advantage just saying I wasnt going to get some, too expensive only good for the start/finish etc etc....

I am not leaving till Thursday so will be quite happy to be a last resort option

wasnt going to bother/cant afford with the grandstand this year, but if you are stuck will take a couple of tickets rather than see them going to waste

Hi thanks to CA I have now sorted the campsite at a face value...
There are two of us going down on Thursday and will be buying GA ticjkets when we get there.. happy to help anyone stuck with a couple of tickets and will buy a face value just send me a note by wednesday

Personally I would forget it during the race...qualifying yes... much prefer the drunken womble from arnarge to mulsanne at midnight thats impressive......

He is always chipper...but i think that some of his after dinner stories about sod the car and go for glory hurt his sponsorship hopes...I supose the cost of saying the right things but not politcally correct.....
All I know about the new stig is that a couple of years ago Top gear were racing a car in the 24 hour 2cv race and one of the drivers was going to be the stig, but due to the fact that we would all be racing him he was replaced by darren turner so thats a good guess....

Good question thinking the same myself...previous year I have bought those semi-hospitality tickets that give you access to warm dry places and a tv set  but this aco might be worth it....

I understand that for a while he had the stig gig on top gear, scince been replaced i think. He is still availiable after dinner speaking £250 a night i think is the rate but as for now...
