Just have to hope that Calais is open and dont get delayed too much.

We have booked rooms in Rouen on the Tuesday night which makes for a good break in the journey so it would be nuisance to get there late and not get a chance for a few beers!

Were there any problems with the ferries?

I didn't hear about any , but  as we are travelling on the 14th which is the next action day it may well be different :(.

Low 20s is good! Bit of rain to keep the dust down and chill the beer at night.

General Discussion / 2012 booking - Joining ACO?
August 17, 2011, 02:51:59 PM
I joined ACO last year in order to get the online "priority booking".

As we all know this turned out to be a farce as only limited booking was available early on, and some campsites never made it to the system at all (Maison Blanche was one , there were probably others).

I still covered the cost with the discounted entry though but managed to miss the trackside enclosure!

I wont be joining this year as our numbers look to be very depleted and have no faith in the priority booking which clearly still favours agencies.

Anyone else not joining , or waiting to see if the system does give some benefits?

I still have the ACO sticker on the Alfa though!

OMFG.........has anybody looked at the regulations for the campsite,I think the ACO and Silverstone are in collusion with banning glass bottles on the campsite :'(

Looks like the Bretheren would not be welcome as they play....."LOUD MUSIC"....on the odd occasion ;D ;D

Bit difficult for bikers as well , once its been locked up you cant access it until you leave! So no popping down to the nearest supermarket for some supplies!

General Discussion / Re: T-Shirts 2011 - Ordering
June 02, 2011, 12:21:42 PM
Another possible for some people might be to get their own at a local print shop, ASDA do photo t shirts.

I tried uploading the pdf into their online system and it didnt like it though.

The quality is likely to be not as good but it would be a shame not to go with the design.
