 River Ranch get-together (mostly perpetrated by Mr Gish - and mostly involving your Blazer) scared the bejeezus out of me, it was a great weekend away.

Hello Matt,.
We would love for yourself and Seth to join in the festivities at R.R., ..

It seems as though everyone has secured their flights and begun planning...
I was able to tied down Gish last night long enough to discuss planning and logistics...
We are planning to arrive at R.R. sometime on Sat. to prepare...

Mark will be arriving on the Fri.... If we need to make arrangements?? Mark, pls let me know.

I know that the rest of you arrive Sat 17:00 ish... And will leave it up to you guys when you
would like to come out.?
As you know, it is difficult to leave camp once you arrive. So we were hoping if
at all possible that all of you could arrive at the front gate at the same time?
This will help us to coordinate entry, and transport back to camp..
Pls let me know how this sounds...

So looking forward to seeing everyone...

I think Doris was planning on staying with DFH, JPC, Rick and Turn 10.

@ Micarr, probably best if you can aquirre some tents, but do not worry if you do not have enough, I will bring my sleeping bag and if need be buy a cheap tent at Wal Mart. I saw one that sleeps 12 for only 99 dollars. It'll all work out fine somehow.

Yes, Turn 10 for me this year.  I have requested tent and bag via the DfH forum so believe all I need to turn up with is some Vodka (MiCarr you'd better remember those lemons  ), my Turn 10 hat, SpongeBob Squarepants beads and a smile.  Oh, and maybe some clothes so I don't scare the natives.   

If I need to bring anything else let me know.

We are acquiring extra camping gear as we speak.

Many people have volunteered extra gear, but we are not sure of the total.
Some people are buying tents, some may bring their own???

Can we figure out a total # needed, and any other basics that will be helpful..

They can  easily be provided by locals and fans.

I have such great memories of this my first Le Mans. I was totally overwhelmed and still cannot get this
s!ht eating grin off my face!

It was a great pleasure meeting so many ca'ers!! Foregive me if I don't remember everyone's name.
I was truley overwhelmed like a kid in a candy store... Thanks to everyone for makeing me feel welcome!!!!!
