Does anyone know why there is no Chapelle camping this year? Looked on ACO website for up-to-the-moment (sic) news eg. building work etc. Don't seem to be anything going on. Thanks

Does anyone know if the Expo campsite has electric. Think I already know the answer but don't know anyone thats (been lumbered) camped there before.
