2007 and earlier / comfortable accommodation near Le Mans race track

Anyone not found accommodation for the Le Mans 24hrs race? If you want a very comfortable place, just off main motorway between Le Mans and Rouen, about 40 mins from the track. Beautiful little chateau which sleeps 6 easily. Big rooms and garden, bbq, ping pong etc. Perfect getaway if you want it. Let me know. Chuck
