Now that doesn't sound as bad as I remember. We're bringing a largish tent and a large red (nackered) renault master (plenty of room for a few cold ones) and had visions of parking the van away from the pitch.

Not too worried about the elctricity as we usually camp in white and need a variety of cables and contectors. Having worked as a sparks for a while and having a health disrespect for safety will manage to splice into somthing (or blow the french grid in the process).

I can't remeber a shop? But its good to hear that the natives are freindly.

Thanks for the good news, we will have cold beer feel free to drop by and share a couple.

I have one camping Houx (not the annex) the one with the electricity, showers and shop etc, and would like to swap for camping Maison Blanche.

Houx costs £80.00 but willing to do straight swap.

Can anyone help?

I've purchased a camping houx ticket and wanted to know what facilities are available?

It's been 5 or 6 years since me and the lads have camped in houx annex and used the showers in houx. From what I remeber the areas were pre defined and quite small.

What size are the pitches and what facilities do you get for the extra cost? I understand that it has been upgraded does this mean it has electricity to each pitch?
