Expect to be bent over backwards and well and truly shafted in Le Mans if you want to buy it there, judging by the Silverstone prices. I bet the hats go for 30 euros a pot.
And yes it is polluted in Northampton

It worked a treat. I'm well and truly cooked all the way through.
I think the 'bizzare guy' should step forward....

Visitors to the historic track were amazed today to see this remarkable new saftey helmet being tested at Silverstone today. The 'nappie' as the makers are calling it is said to be 'extremly cool to wear in public' and should be for sale at Halfords soon.

General Discussion / Possible new business.
« on: October 26, 2004, 12:18:20 pm »
I would like your comments on an idea i have.
My Pa and i are thinking of starting a new business and as a side line extra i was thinking of doing a transport service for people who want to take extra belongings and equipment to foriegn motorsport events. Goods are collected or dropped off and then safely delivered in crates to their location. Picked up afterwards of course. Any one who doesn't take their sports car because of excess baggage would be able too, increasing the joy of the ride down. People who just take a van will no longer have to. This would be done very proffesionally (no white van and a load of cushions game). We will have the resources available.
Does any one think this would also be a good proposition? How much stuff would those of you who drive down in their cars, take extra, if it were available?

First we heard about it (along with the port it's self!) was on the evening news. I've heard they may also be doing a fast craft to caen next year. Now where did they get that idea from?
They (Britany f ) are apparently wanting 34 staff so we may be transfered by th 2pay scheme. Apparently that will meen we will not get redundancy payments and if we refuse we will be sacking our selves. Who knows.
There are also problems with britany taking over the Le Havre ship's charters before Jan so it's looking dodgy for the crews on those.

i still think drivers should be tested every 10 years. More if it done as a job. Too many people passed their tests too long ago and have not adapted to modern conditions. This is about one of the only coulntries in the world where you pass a test once and thats your lot. Get granny of the road. She passed her test before the war in a horse and cart!
Thats better now, sorry.

Can't see where the danger was. It's a Rover! The old doddy driver was going 10MPH and the impact caused the dash to fall off.
Drama queens.  :o

Nothing wrong with a guy showing a bit of passion and relief at winning. A fine maybe, But points, NO.
