Weather
Good race - but finished too soon - need another "racing" manufacturer running - Ferrari LMP1... 
Good finish for the Aston's...

Lows..
Getting too commercial
Costs... Lets hope the pound is stronger next year.
Camping plots not all taken - Anyone see the Popemobile.. ? - Didn't see it on MB...

Last year our friends "Drinkin for Holland" had a party - I believe entrance fee €5 - anyone know if there is anything planned by anyone on the Friday evening this year ??

I have always used the Le Mans Accomidation people linked from the offical site - the rooms are OK and vaired.... It is a case of staying in someone's spare room - one year we had an annex to ourselves...

Facilties wise - if my memlory serves me your stuck with the loo and bog... Showers you coudl use are Masion Blanche... or pay the premium and you may get some facilities from the tour operators.

Most of the bars etc wil be open on Sat (in the circuit) - your best bet on Friday is probably Jannies or get the tram/buses into town and you can get fed and watered there..

I can only guess with it being on the tram route. Well the route everyone walks from the tram that they have decided to "smarten"  up the area.

For the drivers parade - I have to admit I have always used the Buses - and last year the tram. But it does not have the same apeal to me as it used to... Very commercial now - not many good viewing spots unless you are very early... then you stil get moved back in the rush of boddies....

As for mad friday - not been able to get to it - apart from the last year it was along the mulsanne... That's how long ago - around the Chinese resturant... but it has since moved - and the guide is ideal for the best places to view..

Here's hoping the weather will be good this year..

ITV have the start and finish on Speed Sunday.

Saturday around 2pm (British Time)
Sunday around 2pm (British Time)

British EuroSport has it on the sasme times plus an extra show on SUnday morning at 8am (British Time)
