M20 local police update!  As I am resident in this part of the world watch out for:

1.silver peugeot vans on the bridges - theyv'e got cameras in them.

2.light blue volvo s80 reg ending XSW - unmarked traffic car

3.roadworks near the tunnel (if they are still there) specs speed average system is operating through them.

Thanks All, I know they don't work in europe but -

1.  we want to use it as a speedo as ours is v. dodgy and the unit might look like a red rag to a gendarme.

2. we can calculate average speed through the toll sections

3. there are some hotspots that I know (nicked before) that the french use for lasers on the motorways near calais (surprise surprise) that i would like to programme in on the way down.

I know the french police have a big no no on radar detectors - big fine, confiscation that sort of thing but what about GPS blackspot units?

On the odd occassion I have found myslef with a late spare ticket I have also sold it on outside the maison blanche campsite in that kind of dodgy ticket tout way!.  Always sold at face value though (honest!).
