On a serious note though it was a bit crazy last year but mainly due one narrow access point to the concert area. ( we happened to be passing near the end of simple minds set.)

I emailed about the members area and adding an additional non member on completely sold out already ! (I though this used to be obligatory that you got the option of at least one non member)

I miss the days when you could bring in 3 more people for €15 each and any under 16s you had with you for free too, plus there was another members area before the ford chicane.

Way too many memberships being sold for the infrastructure available. The joy of WEC becoming so popular with the manufacturers I suppose.

It seemed to open at 8am bst 2 of us got in at 8 and acquired everything we needed with no hassle whatsoever. (Which is a first)

i received a call for the first time this year reminding me and claiming they had entrance tickets put aside for me. (Shame they wouldn't hold a few camping instead  )

Where are they on sale ?

Even if you get epinettes you might be sent to beasejour.  We got in in the end but saw many people being told it was oversold. And no food outlet in epinettes this year as advertised promised as part ot ticket price rise.

Arrived in epinettes today to be told is full . Having reserved tickets in hand !!!
Update argument has been had we are staying in epinettes.

Had a phone call today. They are sold out and you can only add one guest now ! But at the time I renewed I could have added more as I had them in my cart.

Poor chap on the phone was nearly apologising about the decisions being made are above his pay grade.
But still a no no !

Anyone got any advice we have never in the previous years stayed at the campsite on Sunday night after the race. But this year we are.
Is the circuit/town dead on Sunday night ?

Its going to get interesting alright. The BOP is going to have a big influence and some will be complaining. Ferrari have basically admitted there car is built for LM primarily.
Peugeot bringing a big upgrade at next race supposedly with a rear wing now so if they continue with their bop weight advantage etc. and the new car works watch out for that to be quick come June too.
