I don't think we have ever met face to face, hope to bump into you on the outward leg. Yeah, we will be near the bar somewhere - probably find us playing Topp trumps Le Mans edition!  |

Flying Gherkin Motorsport - Expeditionary, Liberation Party.
Also on Thursday 6th June overnight to Caen (Brittany Ferries).
Kia NiroPHEV (Beer-fridge battery), with comedy livery and Green Thumb van.
Caen to St.Saturnin (Auchan), get beers and recharge the fridge battery............collect gazebo and tents from our friends place in Aigne, getting to Beausejour early afternoon full of coffee and croissants!
Retour Monday 17th overnight out of Caen

Village on the Curves (Lycian Events Limited) were advertising G/S tickets on their FB earlier this week - not sure if these also include G/A tickets................worth asking them.

We have always stayed on Sunday after the race, much easier to get away on the Monday morning, avoiding queues!
The campsites are naturally much quieter, mostly remaining Brits.
If you plan on going out on Sunday, try to get back to camp before it gets dark or ask another group to watch your camp.
Often "Security" has disappeared or at least thin on the ground on Sunday and the undesirable itinerants can start coming in to "clean up"................
That said, I think we will be heading for the bar at TR on Sunday - I believe that Engerland are playing in a game of kick-bag.............

The delta between the H cars and the GT3's was quite spectacular, even in Qatar.
Going to lead to a very exciting first 3 or 4 laps at LM, especially if the H cars need to lap the GT3's at any point on the circuit other than after Tertre Rouge or coming our of Mulsanne towards Indy!

* UPDATE *
Ayse is right - only Chapelle left today.
Managed to bag another 4 tickets.
Looks like is is unallocated seating - and tickets say it is not covered.
It was for sure this year.......
Going to have 2 Spare GE / GS at some point now..........
Unallocated, that's strange. I know I've sat in that stand with a cover..... Mystery solved. There are two Chapelle grandstands. The existing one (T03) and the new temporary uncovered stand Chapelle 3Bis...... That makes more sense then! Thanks Ayse. |

When I get back on, will check the tickets on my account.
Seems that Chapelle is less expensive than CAT2 tickets as well (maybe because it is unallocated!?)
€149 ACO Member week ticket and Chapelle

I do have to go back on tomorrow AM and attempt to get another couple of GE/GS tickets for some late-comers. Hopeing that I might get them at least in the same Grandstand, at a push the same block! A bit of a bun fight, as it was this year.
Got my 3 PC's logged in to each of our 3 ACO accounts (I didn't check whether it was pre-requisite to be logged in in order to make your order?), waited from 9am to 9.35am in the queue.
Managed to get 4 x MEMBERS PRICES (GE and GS) on each card - YES - 4!
12 x Barnato T14, but not all in the same place (6 together and another 6 a few rows away in groups of 2 within shouting distance)
6 x BSJ Camping.
Checked it all out no problems.
