Signallers are striking too so only the very busiest routes will be operational should the strike go ahead. My thoughts are NWR will pull something out to avoid disruption. Seemingly talks have been ongoing all weekend.

So I've been absent from the forum since this years trip, brilliant as always. I've been a busy boy since my return, some will say too busy though Proud to announce we have a baby on the way next year Due 21st of June so mini me has put Le Mans to bed for the foreseeable. Bright side is junior will have an awesome birthday one day. Who know what sort of power the cars will be running by then though. What kind of idiot conceives a baby to be due Le Mans week? Congratulations Mike Whilst Paul is right - it will be late... if you leave her whilst she's that pregnant, your funeral will be early - so it's swings and roundabouts really... Get the kids involved early is my advice. Zak has done 3 WEC races, and a Goodwood Revival so far - "racing cars" was in the first 20 words of his vocabulary - that's the kind of thing which makes you really proud! I reckon she's done it on purpose Yeah, the only Motorsport I'm getting to this year is a couple of rally's and the McRae event at knockhill in May. After that it's whacky races with a pram. Can't wait for an excuse to play with toy cars and lego again though.

I told Brad and I'll tell you now, it'll be late.
Book tickets and don't panic.
Are you sure that the date is accurate?
My missus always gave people a date at least a week later than the doctor's EDD so as to stop family rainging up and asking if the child had arrived yet.
Just saying.....
Going by the dates we've worked out we're actually due on the 13th but with the measurements they do they are saying the 21st hence why I won't be booking up for next year. If the experts are right though it won't be too long till I'm back.

Mike, you forgot! You forgot the month of abstinence! Seriously congratulations on the news, and if he/she is early I'm sure you can get there if you really try. Haha! Like I say,I've been a busy boy If the wee bugger sticks to his or hers dates then a nearer future return could be ok but much earlier and it's gona be slap bang on Le Mans week

As you know I checked Lord Steve's & mine & ours is cancelled too.
Ade, think positively my prog rockin' amigo. While we are waiting for the next train we can avail ourselves of an agreeable luncheon with some nice wine. It'll all go down the route de merguez when we get there so lets kickback and take it easy while waiting to see if Mike might be better off getting to Montmatre and joining us. That would probably have been our plan but we have a rescue team coming to collect us from the airport plus a few others. A few duty free bottles of grouse shall be in order by the time we arrive on site.
