Hi Matt and Chris24, Wow, that’s a lot of first class advice for a Sebring Rookie, thank you very much! Yes, I might reconsider the Quality Inn, doesn’t seem to live up to its name 😊 Our RV Company is Cruise America RV Rental & Sales, 2915 N Orange Blossom Trail, Kissimmee, FL 34744 and from what I know now I can pick up the RV at 1.00 PM on Tuesday. But I will try to arrange an earlier Pick-up time with them. As to your offer to pick up the tickets from you instead of the gate, that sounds great: Where do you plan to be Tuesday afternoon before the race? Also travelling to Sebring? We’re more the party type of people, so a General RV pass and a pitch close to Turn 10 and the other DfH/Brethren/CA guys will be best – and I already assumed that there is no RV dump station at Sebring, but thanks for confirming. AFAIK from DfH Marius, Rene and Roy are planning to visit Sebring and with all the enthusiatstic comments I heard from their visit last year I’m almost sure a couple of the Brethren will also be on site. From CA I know that Tom (Lawnmower Man) and Canada Phil will be there too. I hope to meet up with some of them already Tuesday evening at the gate. We have to return the RV on Monday morning. Currently the idea is to leave Sebring Sunday at noon at the latest and either pay Daytona Speedway (if the have a visitor tour) or some nice beach a visit on Sunday afternoon, and stay in an RV park near the beach and close to Orlando for the last night. Let’s keep in touch, at the latest after your planning meeting in January. I’m really looking forward to Sebring, have been dreaming to go there for almost a decade now…

Hi Werner,
I'm not sure how I will be getting to Sebring this year. I think it may work out cheaper for me to go via Toronto again travelling down with Phil. Who knows I might find another 24oz nugget of gold on the way. LOL. Mind you you the last 24oz nugget hasn't proved that profitable. For sure it would be good to meet up for a beer or three before you set of for Sebring. Will you be staying at La Quinta in Orlando?
t
Hi Tom, currently the plans is as follows: Arrive Monday 12th March at 8:25 pm evening in Orlando, stay at Quality Inn Airport (was cheap). Next day, tuesday pick up RV at 2:00 pm somewhere near Orlando airport. Then walmart to stock up the fridge, drive to Sebring, pick up the hopefully pre-booked tickets at the so called "Will Call" located in Registration at Gate #2 before they close at 6.00 pm. Then I don't know. Wait in front of the gate before they open next morning, wednesday at 6.00 pm? Shall we meet there? What are your plans? Should we set up our camps together? What is it like to meet at the gate the evening before? Werner

Hi all,
Three quick question froma newbie for the experts:
1. We'll arrive with 4 people in a 25 feet RV and want to stay from Wednesday when they open the gate. Thinking about what tickets we might need I had a look at the order from from last year, it's attached. From what I see a four-day supoerticket for each makes sense. For the RV: Is it better to buy the "General RV Parking" or is it better to buy the "North Paddock RV Parking"?
2. We'll fly out of Orlando Monday afternoon after the race. Is it possible to stay until Monday Morning with the RV at the racetrack or will we get kicked out on sunday?
3. Can we buy tickets at the gate on Wednesday morning or is it better to ordre before?
Questions, questions, questions....

I already booked my flight. There was an idea about an RV, with knetter and Steve B, let's discuss this in 2 weeks in a field in France. Yep, let's do this. Will you be at le Mans until Monday? We could finish off our beer on Sunday on BN!

Hi all,
we had a couple of cancellations in our group and as a result we have now 2 tickets for the Bleu Nord Campsite for sale. The tickets were purchased at Team Langoustine for £85 each and will be sold for the same price + cost for registered letter (approx. £ 3.50 from Germany to UK). The pitches are adjacent: V 86, V 85. The location is at the north end of Bleu only 1 row away from the concrete fence which separates Bleu Nord from Parking Blanc. The walking distance to the main entrance is around 5 – 10 minutes. Tickets will be sold single or en bloc.
