I wished I had'nt posted now.

At about 3.30pm today some Irish t**t on a motorbike came around a blind bend on the wrong side of the road, completely out of control, on a motorbike. I was ok (although am stiffening nicely in the neck region), he seemed ok, but there is major damage to the Porker, his bike is history.

So it wont be going to LM this year or possibly any other year either. 2564 miles on the odometer !

Jem

PS He confessed all to the police.

What about a golden oldie car, lets say cos we are Brits (well Welsh actually home of the Grand Slam Champs) its an Aston Martin.  Who would drive it.  I'll start -

Nigel the tash meister
Ding dong Bell
Martin (podgy) Bundle

Top ten no sweat.

I for one would be glad to see Nige at LM, he was a proper racer in the days that  F1cars were not sanitised, who can forget his drive at Monaco in god knows what year, superb.

I vote for getting Nige on the Atkins diet and then in the Gulf Aston !!

Happy new year all, its been a while...

We're on Houx as usual. We use Just Tickets, I know they charge more than ACO but its hassle free and guaranteed to get what you want.

I have'nt been in here for a while, but what a great opportunity to try out my new super slim wireless Mac keyboard!!!

Seriously I HOPE THEY AT LEAST BAN HIM.  Why because i have been on the wrong end of monsieur plod culminating in 8 points and a £170 fine a long time ago.  Why am i bitter, because plod went to court and lied, I know it, plod knows it, but the dear old souls that sit on the bench see all those shiny buttons on the uniform and think....gosh they must be telling the truth.

No sympathy from me he deserves what he gets.

Very sad news indeed, what must his wife be going through.

Only met him once when his team used the local ATS as a service area when racing in Clacaenog. He let my two sons take turns sitting in the drivers seat, nothing was too much trouble, a real gent.

I've been to both.

There is only one Le Mans and Steve made a film about it.

The other is all about old cars parading around LM and taking the odd break.

Both are great, but don't forget there is only one LM race and its held in June.
