Club Arnage / 2013 / 4 B&B rooms 4 miles from track LE MANS 2010 private secured parking

Hi,
My neighbour has 4 B&B rooms left for Le Mans 2010. (some people where suppose to come but they had to cancel). It is a traditionnal ''farm'' where they live. The rooms available for the B&B are in the first floor with double bed. (they live in the ground floor). The B&B rooms share a single bathroom (first floor too). The B&B is at only 4 miles from the track (at Ruaudin behind the hunaudière straight). It is a private property closed and fully secured for you classic or sport car.
Some rooms have big double bed, some smaller (so better for one personn). The price includes a traditionnal French Breakfast with fresh ''baguette and croissant'' :-) The rooms are very clean. The hospitality is friendly and smily.
Price is very resonnable at only 50 Euros per person per night and 25 Euros extra for additionnal personn who share the same room (so a couple will be 75 Euros per night for one room and breakfast).
Minimum reservation is for 2 night. (Possible as many night as you want).

Hi,
My neighbour still have some rooms available for the next 24 hours of Le Mans.
It is a great opportunity to find a B&B at the last minute for Le Mans 2008 as all is booked for a long time in the Le Mans area.
Details of the offer is :
3 miles only from the track (behind the hunaudière straight)
5 miles from the main gate.
Clean and large Room with double bed
Shared bathroom (4 rooms for one bathroom on 1st Floor)
French breakfast included
Cars parked in the property in an 100% secured area.
Rates :
300 Euros (230£) per room (one or two people double bed) for three night (friday, saturday, sunday)
+ 100 Euros (62.5 £) per extra day
500 Euros (307 £) for the whole week race
1 500 Euros (1150£) Special rate if you take all the rooms for the whole week as a group + 100£ per room per extra night.
