The Wills generations (Brad Zak Max and I) have booked the Caravan into Silverstone Farm Campsite in the village for Saturday and Sunday night. If anybody fancies joining us, it's £15 / night / Adult with electric hook up, (£12 for a tent) apparently about a mile from entrance but as parking is free that's fine. Will be sparking up the BBQ to burn food in the evenings. Not Sure if doing ELMS, depends what time we arrive.

So a change of plan, the tickets came through as Saturday only, Brad has a Sound Engineering Gig in Kent so can not make it with the Boys. Myself and buddy Andy ( the man who took me to my first LM) will be there Saturday, prob from mid morning till late, stay over until Sunday morning.

Thanks Werner, yes you are right, there is nowhere to take the CA guide forward, you have done a magnificent job yourself and co ordinated the many superb contributions from others. Top job.

The GIGN were probably taking advantage of the free WiFi to check out the LM testing results of course.

Yes spceial socks sock's are essential, clean ones wouldn't want to spread athlete's foot!
The other is a portable power pack to recharge the Mobile phone, I have  a 5200Ah one that will charge my IPhone 3 times, also the camera battery should see me through the weekend.

Put the tent up during the snow on Saturday morning and chipped the ice off it on Sunday morning. I'm getting too old for this camping in April lark. Sorry if I missed you gents on Sunday. I had a walk round in the "beer zone" behind the wing but couldn't see anyone. I'm sorry if I missed you.
Steve
We did look for you Steve, obviously not in the right place, got distracted by Astons and Robots.

I'm going to say Paddock Bar on Saturday at 13.00 if anyone wants meet up for a beer.

Steve

Hi Steve, will you still be around Sunday? How about a CA meet up about 1 at the  Bar / food area behind the Wing?

Really Barry, this is an op on one shoulder, you have two, use the other arm /  shoulder for lifting beer ( may need to sit at table to eat Frits half way up hill) legs not connected to shoulders for walking around the most stunning circuit in the world !!! Poor excuse.

Shoulder has to be immobilised for several weeks, so a little impractical camping.

Bad luck old chap.
