* UPDATE *

Ayse is right - only Chapelle left today.
Managed to bag another 4 tickets.
Looks like is is unallocated seating - and tickets say it is not covered.
It was for sure this year.......

Going to have 2 Spare GE / GS at some point now..........

Unallocated, that's strange.  I know I've sat in that stand with a cover.....

I do have to go back on tomorrow AM and attempt to get another couple of GE/GS tickets for some late-comers.

Hoping that I might get them at least in the same Grandstand, at a push the same block!

If you don't get in quick for those Chapelle GS tickets, I fear they'll be gone pretty soon.

For anyone hoping for something new or held back from the members ticketing... sorry.  Only the Chapelle grandstand which the ACO referred to yesterday.  Camping still BSJ, Prairie, Cormier and Clos Fleuri.  No more full week parking tickets - all sold out.

The waiting room is open, for anyone still hoping for tickets.....

From the ACO on FB -

Tickets go on general sale tomorrow – book early to be sure not to miss out! 💥
We are expecting to sell out quicker than ever before given the rush for tickets by ACO Members. 😎

Information for tomorrow:

Some grandstand packages and camping passes have been set aside for general sale.
You can purchase up to 6 tickets and two through the Green Ticket initiative.
As ACO Members have snapped up all available grandstand seats, tickets for a new grandstand at La Chapelle will go on general sale.

With a day to go to public ticketing, the site is now showing all parking tickets as sold out.  Not even any single day tickets left (for members, anyway).

I'm sure it changed post covid with the changes in the lay out that you get your tickets checked going in and that is it as its the entrance to the campsite also. So once your in say camping you can then get over to the viewing without more checks etc.

Yeah, that does sound logical to me.

From the ACO this morning -

From November 15, the ticket office will open to the general public, and new "Week Admission + Grandstand" Tickets will go on sale. You will access this new opportunity to get tickets.

I suppose it's just possible that they could check that everyone on the pitch has an entry ticket on arrival, but bearing in mind that there's bound to be some to-ing and fro-ing, I just don't see how that could work.   I'm trying to remember as I've walked in and out of the enclosure (many many times) whether there is a way to just walk from the campsite in and my mind is telling me that I'm sure there is...but I just can't fathom how that would work.   There's bound to be someone along soon who will know for sure....

Has anybody camped recently at Arnage?
To access Arnage viewing area do you have to leave camping by the main entrance/exit and use the main entrance into the viewing area?
Or is there another entrance to the viewing area further into the campsite?

I've never camped there but I've been there many times and from memory, I don't recall seeing any direct access.  Which makes sense as you would need a ticket check there.  I assume you'll need to exit the camping area and go in by the main entrance there.  Could be wrong though....

Prairie Huh

It's one of the two new campsites for this year.   Situated inside the circuit close to the first chicane.

Mulsanne and Arnage (and particularly the viewing bank at Indianapolis) are terrific spots.  Now that they've extended the viewing further along Mulsanne Corner towards the roundabout, that's a lot better too.   We'll be out there on Wednesday and Thursday evening and in the early hours of Sunday for the race.

Hippodrome 30 and 40 and Mulsanne camping are showing as available again - they were apparently sold out late yesterday.

Still showing to me as sold out  Huh

Yep, both Hippodrome sites now sold out again, but Mulsanne still shows as available to me and it lets me put it in my cart.

Edit - Mulsanne camping now gone too.  That could relate to me putting it in my cart - which suggests there was just one ticket available.

Well, it shows the Hippodrome, just not the campsite....  Wink

They seem to put these things out in a last-minute rush having not proof read them at all....
