Shocked Why you want to import german beer ?  Shocked

I can provide you some from local dealers even in industrial quantities. There's a local dealer I mentioned on the old forum last year being called "Le Palais de la Bière" (Beer Palace for non-french-reading people) which may ahve more than 200 types of beer.

Concerning General Entrance tickets, we could be eligible to serie C price. This price is quite nar to the ACO price and is dedicated to group booking.

As for the ACO a group is at least made of 20 people, we seem to be far from the minima !!!

[shadow=red,left,300] Could be your agent for that deal [/shadow]

i'm sorry but I wanted to play with all these dings, such a "pleasure" we didn't have in the old forum.

Ice dealer really seems to be impossible to find, except if you've got a refrigered truck and that you do your own ice. But that's the deal to make your own ice, such a truck should better transport beer.

CA campsite could also be the occasion to drink real beer with all the machinery dealing with and not drink this piss of can or bottle.

But I'll prefer to run a wine bar, that could be more original and convivial.

Just try anyway to find an ice solution

yes Smokie the restaurant is outside the track...

... thanks to the map you make me buy, I'll be able to find the way to have access to.

By the way, the best way during the race is to be a competitor and park your LMP900 along the security rail just the time you eat.

It's more than a possibility...

... just have to raise a lot of people and a lot of strong intentions for using this way to be more credible face to the ACO officials.

Locally, I know at least one company who could even do that job !

But your idea of CA campsite is a good one and join my last year's one to organise a CA hospitality.

it could answer also to all the "problems" with our who's who and where's who.

Could we have a private campsite like club motorsport ?

Hi Matthew,

I'll have a look in my mass of automobilia and magazines. Did you notice any other events apart LM73 where your car took part?

Just ask also Kpy who know work for Automobile Historique and who could help you in your quest.

Keep in touch,

Gilles

Beginning to have (after 24 years) a good knowledge of local psychology, such an action will have a better success if it's administratively related with a local contact...

... if you know what I mean !  Shocked

Are you insane ?  Tongue

Finding an available room in Le mans at this period could only be a miracle or a HUGE question of money.

I let you see first with the Hotel Concorde (00 33 2 43 24 12 30 or by mail lemans@concorde-hotels.com)

In a second time I can only advice you to look after a gite rural or a guesthouse in the country around the track. Some opportunites may be still available...

Felix,

If you'll need some repair during the week, just because French locals won't appreciate to find a commer wreck after the race, I've got mostly all tools that you'll require.

Since PQ and a certain Alfa  Wink , I begin to be specialised in British-licences-plated-cars repairs.

1316  Club Arnage / General Discussion / KPy, do you need driving lessons ? on: May 19, 2003, 10:08:45 am
What's this picture that you add on your profile ?

Did you drink so much at the PQ picnic?

Was the road not enough straight?

You seem to finish in the gravel, or maybe the grass of the Bugatti. Have your car any dommages (except the door) ?
1317  Club Arnage / General Discussion / Re:Wierdest Ruling on: May 17, 2003, 08:10:37 pm
It's the same rule for people who attend to football (or soocer for our US friends) matchs...

... in the case of football matches, they control every people at the entrance.

But in the LM case, it's simply impossible to do, or the officials will face to a new waterloo. And do you imagine the champoo bar with plastic bottles?HuhHuh??

Just open your bar in front of the geenarle ntarnce, you juss pass the getaway every time you wanna drink...
... or you just drink can.

And hide your bottles in your pants!  Tongue

1320  Club Arnage / General Discussion / Something about a map ! on: May 15, 2003, 09:26:54 pm
 Angry Dear Smokie  Sad

Thanks for mailing me the map of the club arnage website...
... but there's a little problem. It only represents a tenth of the city !!!!!!

So I can't indicate the location of any supermarket, and even more LPG stations.

I've got an another one and I gonna try to make my best with mine and send it to you for your validation.
