Hmmm, yes, I think you might be right.

As far as I know he has a full valid licence...........so that means he is fine until 70.

for oncei was right. its only commercial drivers, and they never seem to be residents in the uk.

Sorry to say that the dear old Rudmore Cellars are being demolished as I type.

No immediate alternative but will be looking into venues

it went down a few weeks back, and was really quickly done. I needed a double take at first.

Nearly right.

If you are given points, you would be given a DVLA driver number. OF you then acrue 12 on that number, the same hapens.

At no point do you need to change. you full eu based license takes primacy.

70 in a 50... Is it a legally  enforced area.  What stopped you, how, with what. Were the signs visable ?

How far do you push it ?

Have you been reported, or just NIP'd ?

I'd suggest that you take the 3 points if they are offered.

I dont think its a 6 pointer, but a magistrate could give you this.

Hope it helps.

lower fun,

You weren't there in 08 were you? Best year for ages on the fun front.

No i wasnt. Something about work and weights and measures etc . . .
67  Club Arnage / General Discussion / Re: Who IS attending this year? on: February 05, 2009, 12:13:01 am
The SPS crew will be there. We are booked, although some have gone awol .

Its probably the last year for the SPS. Rising costs, lower fun, more plod spoiling some fun and the ACo making bloody impossible to plan ahead.

We think we maybe on BN, but then not really sure.

How it would be to roll back 5 years.

dave Davies would still owe me over a hundred notes.

69  Club Arnage / General Discussion / Re: The Dakar Rally 2009 Pics on: January 14, 2009, 07:23:55 pm
Absolutely top pics the best one has got to be Eric and his Hummer. Shame about BMW and the X3 in the dakar as well with the amount BM invested in doing it this year just to be asked to leave (rightly so) after the fifth stage.

I've missed that story, what did they do ??
70  Club Arnage / General Discussion / Re: Le Mans Popemobile for sale on: January 13, 2009, 06:39:04 pm
HAve any of you read the sellers terms and condisions. Its like Mr Zarse wrote it..

Unfortunately, the Banana Boat Birth Agency was not used by my mother when I was born.
Therefore it is better not to ask for this service, every time this has happened in the past, I have reported to EBay including all your details in copy to the Serious Fraud Office.

Bike tickets from £40.
74  Club Arnage / General Discussion / Re: Driving licence expiry on: November 23, 2008, 02:57:22 am
unfortunatley the dvla issue the rights and therefore can re-cind the rights.

I was off the understanding you could re-apply for a new one if your picture hadnt changed much and it would be free. Only a charge if they have to add a new picture.

you mean like paying your bills on time, as per the contract you signed?
Andrew, you have a point. But. . .
