1  Club Arnage / Sell Or Swap / 2 x Hippodrome 40m2 and 1 x GE available SOLD on: April 03, 2024, 03:37:45 pm
We've managed to secure two epinettes spots so:

I have two Hippodrome camping and one GE available if anyone's interested. I'll put them up on the official resale in few days if no one wants them. Just wanted to ask the CA community first.

Had a phone call today. They are sold out and you can only add one guest now ! But at the time I renewed I could have added more as I had them in my cart.

Poor chap on the phone was nearly apologising about the decisions being made are above his pay grade.
But still a no no !

Pierre Fillon wasn't available to comment 😉

4  Club Arnage / General Discussion / Re: Sunday Night Circuit/Town on: March 13, 2024, 06:06:11 pm
Thanks for the advice. We might just leave the tent standing on Sunday night and have everything else packed away.
5  Club Arnage / General Discussion / Sunday Night Circuit/Town on: March 11, 2024, 10:44:02 am
Anyone got any advice we have never in the previous years stayed at the campsite on Sunday night after the race. But this year we are.
Is the circuit/town dead on Sunday night ?
Any advice greatly received.

Its going to get interesting alright. The BOP is going to have a big influence and some will be complaining. Ferrari have basically admitted there car is built for LM primarily.
Peugeot bringing a big upgrade at next race supposedly with a rear wing now so if they continue with their bop weight advantage etc. and the new car works watch out for that to be quick come June too.

Cant wait for it now !!

Is the ACO members area sold out for the race weekend ?

I was trying to add another one of our travelling party to the members area but don't see it as an option only test days and Wednesday/Thursday.

I've also emailed the ACO to see if they can help.

I think after last years attendance and the increase in manufacturers etc the ACO has thought why give some of the pie to the agencies. Let's keep it all for ourselves.

I never realised the agencies paid a premium. I thought in the lean years they would have been given a discount for taking a block of tickets the ACO would have struggled to sell themselves.

Has anyone stayed in Hippodrome 40m2 pitch before ? seems to be 30m2 you can't park your car beside your pitch and 40m2 you can ??

I'm more confused now ?

Aco's reply
Category 1 Areas are very popular and benefit from more qualitative services than lower category Areas. We remain at your disposal for any further information

As per previous posts
I know we can all decide not to go but that doesn't mean we have to be happy with being shafted (I'm quite suprised the French with their usual attitude to unwanted changes are happy with it either.) and a general reduction in all benefits of aco membership ticket prices etc.

I emailed them this not that it will make a blind bit of difference but hey I feel better for it 😊

Can the aco explain/justify the 40% increase in camping passes for epinettes this year's lm24 ?

As an aco member for 13 years and race attendee for 20+ years this is the most blatant explotation of your fan base I have ever experienced. Let alone the crazy price increase last year around the race for merchandise/food and drink.

It appears the aco only wants corporate fans from now on.
