Club Arnage / General Discussion / Re: French Grand Prix 2018

As I recall, traffic in & out of Ricard was always a nightmare when it used to host the French GP back in the seventies & eighties. They used to joke that families would visibly grow older waiting in the traffic queues. Great to see F1 back at Ricard, but I would have thought the traffic infrastructure around the circuit would be updated along with circuit facilities. Fax
To be fair, there was a time in F1 when a circuit having permanent facilities at all was a sign of its status. Paul Ricard's predecessor at Reims, for instance.

HI folks,
I joined the ACO in late January and so far haven't had a membership card or anything.
The payment through fine, so I have confirmation and can log into the site as a member, I was just wondering if I should have had anything mailed out by now?

If you ain't funked to Kool and the Gang you don't have no soul. They are masters of funk, probably the best of their genre now James Brown is dead. If you like a tight horn section and a banging rhythm then there's little to touch them.
Top quality musicians, this is easily the best band since The Stranglers in 09. Bring it.
Tight horn section. Banging rhythm. Hur-hur-hur-hurgh...

Club Arnage / Help / Re: Caen to Le Mans - help

Provided you leave enough time to get from the port at Ouistreham to Caen station, the train ride is a very nice one. Not too many stops, nice scenery, punctual service and less than two hours from Caen to Le Mans. If you can get the 9am train then you're in Le Mans before 11, beer in hand.
