Return trip uses two of the cheapest tickets. So long as they give you six tickets then, yes you can share them out.

Thats that then. Will have to pick up Monday nights supplies en-route. Unbelievable, probably the biggest week of the year for them as well.
Stu
Hardly, Stu. The following weekend is much bigger. Then there's Christmas, Easter (fantastic business weekend in France) - and so on. But all the big stores are closed on 9th June. Le Mans has a population of about 189,000. How many Brits will there be looking to shop that Monday ?? Actually French supermarkets have an odd attitude to opening on holidays. Auchan and Carrefour will be open tomorrow, Thursday (a holiday), for instance. I suspect that this may have something to do with the Sunday trading laws which prohibit stores over a certain surface area opening on Sundays. I think certain holidays are included in this, but I'm not sure. In the meantime Gilles has pointed out some smaller places which will be open on 9th June.

1 T04 stand ticket + one entry ticket (will not split) available at face value, of course. T04 is next to the ACO stand, is covered and has an excellent view of the pits which are opposite (as if you didn't know). Email me. kpylaws@aol.comDon't post here, as I may read my mail first. Have fun everyone.

In that case it is same year & Peter Collins! That,s the cat out of the bag then ! 1957 - Peter Collins, Ferrari 335 M. In the background, No 1 Moss (/Schell) Maserati 450S Zagato Coupe and No 2 Behra (/Simon) Maserati 450S Spyder. All three cars retired: Collins' engine let go after only 2 laps and the car was the second official retirement. The Moss/Schell car was in Stirling's words "diabolical" - it was difficult to start (see photo), filled with heat and fumes and retired with u/j fairure after 32 laps (5hrs). The Behra/ Simon was out by that time (accident/ split fuel tank after 28 laps and 3 hours). So quite why the ACO put the photo of three failures on the cover of the 1958 programme is a mystery!! Or maybe not - Jaguar D Types came 1-2-3-4 and 6th in 1957!!!

Monaco? aaah, those funny open wheel cars which hardly make it for more than 1.5 hours?
I was there in '71/2/3/4, when motor racing was dangerous and sex was safe (well only till the wife found out).

This guy was selling tickets on the old forum. He didn't reply for some time and then came:
"... As I have had several replies I propose the easiest way is to offer it to private treaty. Minimum offer must be my cost..... Bids to be best offer you think will secure. "

This has already been discussed. Just put "carrefour" in the box after pressing the "find" button above, and all will be revealed!
