Me and the wife, out Overnight from Portsmouth on 4th June, returning from Caen 17th June in the afternoon. Slightly extending accommodation arrangements this year, usual hotel as always plus Mulsanne Camping for group get togethers and chilling out and staying overnight during the race, plus we've added a smaller annex at the Arnage Campsite for track action and resting to save on the aggravation of the car park.

My ad-hoc parking additions were set up weeks ago, plus I've had a camping pass transferred from someone else. Being of an older generation I got most of my tickets in hard copy though, just in case!

Hi Barry,
Thanks for your words of wisdom. I keep seeing GA tickets across the categories and parking tickets but not one camping ticket. I've closed the browser re-searched the resale site but still get the same response. Maybe I'm being thick somehow, but thanks for your advice. Rob.
Hi Rob Can't remember how to do it but there is a menu somewhere where you can select which tickets you are alerted to. I don't see the GA and parking, just camping. Today there have been 12 alerts for camping, although I think some are repeats when they have been relisted due to time outs. There is a filter on the main tickets page, maybe that's the one you were thinking of https://www.24h-lemans.com/en/tickets/all-tickets Not much use now that pretty much every thing is sold out though

Does anyone know when tickets will be issued for this year's race. I have usually received them by now.
Presuming you purchased them direct from the ACO, did you request printed tickets, or the new e-tickets that come via the, as yet non-existent, app? I got my printed ones back last year.

Hmm I joined and got bought my tickets… anyone else still waiting for anything from the ACO to allow youmto actually get the damn things.
Last I heard was that the App was expected some time in March (This year). I got most of my tickets as printed ones, just waiting for the app for a couple of extra camping and parking ones

I'd like to think that the delay is because they are doing some rigorous testing, including the expected load on race day. But somehow I doubt it....

I wonder if people are hanging onto spare tickets until this mysterious ticket app is revealed, to see if there is any option to sell onto friends somehow.
I'm guessing that the app will have some way of distributing tickets across a group, not everyone would have access to the same phone at the same time (or indeed different times) so that could cover selling tickets to friends. It will probably have some sort of ability to return the tickets for resale as well, but who knows with the French!

Trouble is, without a membership you are pretty much guaranteed to get nothing, whereas with a membership there is some chance of getting something close to want you want!
Grandstands and some of the campsites are the big problem, we didn't bother with grandstands for next year and managed to get the camping and parking we wanted, but only by getting in the queue early.

And not only do friends lose the bit of discount but we also lose the £10.00 from each booking, but heyho. It's still worth being a member but only just if you only use them once, but as a large supermarket chain says, every little helps! We try and use them at least a couple of times a year, so with the crossing and onboard food discount it becomes much more worth the annual fee.
