Its sad to hear about  the water rifle business. I took a bucket of water doing 20+mph on my go-ped outside Parking Bleu on the Friday, luckily managed to keep my balance but could of been nasty...saw several pissed of people in drenched Caterhams/soft tops in the traffic jams....not funny, and mindless pricks if you ask me....

Also got some abuse of a cliched british lout in BSJ.....just kept the gas on....sadly the only downside of our week where these prats which really give a bad name to what is otherwise a fantastic event. As the saying goes 'Theres allways 1!'.

We are in BSJ this year in a 6 birth motor home. Look out for 5 daft looking fellas on mini petrol scooters and matching black T- Shirts with BHP Racing Logos...should be a laugh.....arriving Wednesday morning, so hoping for a substantial pitch this year!

8  Club Arnage / Help / tickets on the day on: June 08, 2005, 01:21:59 pm
Hello chaps,

We may have a straggler coming out to Le Mans on the Friday. Just wondering what the deal is with buying tickets on the door so to speak?

Thanks.

10  Club Arnage / Help / Re:Fridge on: May 17, 2005, 06:33:33 pm
Weve just invested in a ice cube making machine, and im pleased to say its worth every penny. £125 off of Ebay.....easier to transport than a fridge and lets you use up the saved space with cool boxes full of ice, food and beer!
11  Club Arnage / Help / Beausjour info on: April 24, 2005, 12:45:23 am
Spotted a ad on Ebay for a Beausjour ticket.....the description says this...

The great thing about Beausejour (aside from having showers) is that it allows you easy access to so much of the circuit. The corners of Arnage and Indianapolis (arguably the best spectator points, as they are the slowest points on the track and you can get so close) are approx 10 minutes away on foot. Beausejour is also just inside the Porsche curves and is the only place you can watch the cars going through this sequence. The village of Arnage is a short walk with its bars and hypermarket. Cunningly, there is also a shortcut from the edge of the site through the inside of the circuit to the area in the middle of the track known as the village. This means you don't have to fight your way through the main entrance and the back of the grandstands. It is also worth noting that Beausejour is a flat grassy site unlike most of the others which either suffer from being very dusty, having concrete areas (not great if you are trying to pitch a tent), or uneven surfaces that can damage cars.

"Cunningly, there is also a shortcut from the edge of the site through the inside of the circuit to the area in the middle of the track known as the village."  .........can anyone elaborate on this 'shortcut'??...and wat village is this?? cheers.

When you say 'lock the bugger up' do you mean we should be worrying about 'breaking and entering!?'  Huh
15  Club Arnage / 2007 and earlier / WANTED: MB/Houx/Annexe Ticket or WHY?! on: April 09, 2005, 01:40:02 am
Hello all, i am looking for a alternative ticket (MB/Houx/Houx Annexe or maybe something else!?) to my existing Beausjour ticket as recommended by a few regulars on here! Please let me know if you have something for sale, we need to accomodate a motorhome.
