Ahoy ahoy,
Myself and Mr Soar plus E Wan will be blarting down to LM on the Newhaven - Dieppe Tuesday overnighter, returning Monday.
Transport should be the Grand Old Big Black Beast plus Lotus support.
The usual Camping Houx with the Drinking for Holland massive, Jules, Nige, and other assorted down and outs - no NoPanic as mentioned earlier.
How many Adnams mini kegs can we fit in this year?

Back on topic; why don't we meet at the bar nearest to the concert venue at 8.30 before Dr Feelgood start at 9.00? Prize of a bag of Monster Munch for the Club Arnager who has smuggled the most booze in.
Good idea, Steve: May be start 8:00 pm meet at the Courbe bar at the backside facing the track. That's where we had our CA gatherings in some years, have a few beers there (bought or smuggled) and then walk over the bridge alltogether to the concert? Sounds like a sound plan. 2000 hrs Thursday at the Courbe and then over the bridge to be "Down at the Jetty". |

Out - Tues 12th @ 23:30 - Portsmouth to Le Havre
Arriving Houx mid morning Wednesday (subject to a fair wind)
Camping - Houx in the big DfH / NoPanic / Jules / KevG / etc beer and meat zone
Back - Mon 18th @ 17:00 - Le Havre to Portsmouth
In - Andy's turn to drive this year so could be cobra / Corvette / ASM DBR / Cadillac or whatever else is in the ASM Skunkworks

Hopefully we won't arrive in the aftermath of a tornado next year. .
I still remember getting onto the highway after we left the airport and you asking me where we were heading. Your face when I said, "Towards that big black cloud" was an absolute picture.  It's been more than 10 years since I was last there, so I reckon a return visit is in order.
How, Mr B, has it been so long? Even I've not been away that long and I was living on the other side of the world. Dx Looks like some 2019 pre-planning is in order. |
