Very weird....

I upgraded my wireless at home to a new Apple Extreme dual band wireless from my old airport express, blindingly fast and giving me 17+mb download speed from a pedestrian 3mb before. Excellent !!!

There is only one problem, I can't access Club Arnage through it, it just keeps timing out. Every other site loads no problem. Just can't fathom it out, I thought originally the server may have been down, but I can get on here from my mobile broadband. Bizarre.

Has anyone else encountered a similar problem here, and if so what is the fix ?

Hi Rusty,

Well I can't see any errors in the forum log that might suggest a problem.
I assume your using a Mac of some sort.  It doesn't make sense that it times out.
It is the same ISP as previously used?

Yes, I am on a mac, everything as far as I am concerned is exactly the same. I'll try and look into it a bit more at the weekend when I have a bit more time.

As I said....weird.

Hi Rusty,

I'm posting this from a Mac Mini running Snow Leopard.   Using the Safari Browser. 

If the problem persists can you try a ping and a traceroute then let me know the results.

I am running on a mac pro with snow leopard. I've tried 3 browers, safari, firefox and an old steam driven netscape. nada.

I haven't tried to connect with the laptop I'm currently using through the home wireless network yet, this is posted using t-mobile broadband.

As I said I'll a few things at the weekend.
