Well IMVHO he was asking for it.  I would say exceeding the speed limit by that much is more than just speeding. When done by someone that rich several times then a high fine is justified.

I hope they fine Ashely Cole the same when he's sentenced at the end of the month. 104 in a 50. I got banned for less than that, but then again I didn't have my own barrister  >:(
