ACO Membership Survey
« on: June 01, 2011, 11:31:41 am »
I assume that all the members have just received an invitation to take part in this?

Can I ask anybody who's bothering to please point out to the ACO about the lack of accessibility for the disabled - no lifts, no adapted loos in the members' gradnstands. Thanks all. :)

Not to mention, of course, taking the time to slag off the so called "priority" booking system. ::)

Sorry Deb. I replied to the survey yesterday.
To be honest, the priority booking system came up trumps for me in the end.

There didn't seem to be a section for any other comments.
Typical of surveys these days, loaded questins.

Yes it only really only asked for overall satisfaction, it seemed to be aimed at finding out why you joined rather than what you thought of the service!
So if you were not happy with the priority booking system all you can do is give a poor rating at an early point in the survey.

Funny, because I made several comments on mine and there's was loads of space for this.  Did we do the same survey?

Fairly sure we did, the earlier boxes were to comment about other specific areas.
I was expecting an 'any other comments' at the end, but there wasn't one.
If there had been one, it probabley wouldn't have been large enough for my comments on the website and priority booking system. ;D

Not been asked by the ACO to complete this yet ???

Will definitely add the concerns you mention when I am given the opportunity Termie.

No probs Deb but am I completely mistaken that there is a lift in the T17/18 grandstand and that there are adapted loos but like you say not in the ACO member's grandstand?
