Ditto.... I think it means that they may review the estimates and calculation factors once this year in the light of experience, but otherwise it doesn't change until after next year's Le Mans.
Perhaps not surprising as they wouldn't want to make a mistake in petrol/diesel fuel quantity or equivalency calculations that might inadvertently peg one or other back to, or below, LMP2 or GTE levels.
Played that game to advantage in the British Off Road Championship one year, when the MSA equivalency regs were somewhat embryonic and allowed us to run and beat 5 litre n/a petrol V8s with a 2.5 litre turbo diesel - the advantage permitted by ill-calculated regs was significant and a source of irritation to many (but not us!)
