RIP Don Panoz
« on: September 13, 2018, 02:18:33 pm »
Passed away Tuesday at the age of 83.

For my Le Mans experience, he was the true embodyment of the real Privateer team owner - and one of the last to take on the big boys at the top level.
Successful or unsuccessful - he turned out some great looking (and sounding) cars.
Baldrick, my Lord! But I can change it to Ploppy if it'll make things easier.

'A fan of his cars? No. 'Of Don? Absolutely.
