I saw the heading for this thread and wondered if someone was asking the same question that I wanted answered and there not!

Anyway as the thread title seems appropriate I'll ask me question, or as it is now several questions: -

1.  Will the useful/humourous content of the old message boards be copied over to this one?

2.  When the old one message boards be left as a historical archive?

3.  When the old boards are closed will potential posters automatically be routed here?

Well perhaps you should be the big cheese!  I was rather hoping the big cheese would find the post!  Could have created a new thread but couldn't be bothered!

Hope you don't mind me hijacking yours!  ;D

I'm listening....

Just really busy on other site stuff.  Keep an eye out for a "Looking For a Few Good People" in the general disscussion board.  I will be needing some moderators soon.

What does moderating pay these days? Something moderate?

I hope the moderating doesn't get too heavy handed. A motoring site I use is the most orderly forum I've ever used - it's an invaluable sourc eof good technical information and also motoring related discussion, but dry as a nun's twat when it comes to humour...mond you, it IS refreshing that they boot the real idiots (trolls) and don't allow them back.
