Pyrotechnics and assorted incendiary devices
« on: May 25, 2004, 02:26:08 pm »
What's the score with fireworks? I've promised the team I'd get some but forgot.....

Is there a decent place in France where you can buy them en route?
I tested negative for patience.

Might be a bit of a problem on the ferry - although I did see a bloke with a Ferarri Testerossa PACKED full of the biggest rockets ever - oh and no clothes for the weekend  ???

You could try to hypermarkets - newsagents - same sort of places as over here........

In the style of my Dad - you should ask for "LE FIREWORK" in an "allo allo" style at the TOP OF YOUR VOICE ;-)

LOL ;D

Or in the absence of fireworks you can do what we normally do, gather up all the rubbish left behind by people who have already left on Sunday, then set fire to it!  It serves three purposes - rubbish disposal, pikey deterrent and of course entertainment!  ;D
