We all know that it is a sin for a Taliban or Al Qaeda male to see any woman naked other than his wife, and that he must commit suicide if he does. So, on Father's Day on Sunday 20th June 2004 at 4:00pm all women living in England are asked to walk out of their houses, completely naked, to help weed out any neighbourhood errorists.
Circling your block for one hour is recommended for this anti-terrorist effort. All men are to position themselves in garden chairs in front of their houses to prove they are not Taliban or Al Qaeda, and to demonstrate that they think it's okay to see nude women other than their wives and to show support for all English women. And since the Taliban and Al Qaeda also does not approve of alcohol, a cold six-pack of Stella or any similar beer at your side would be further proof of your anti-Taliban and Al Qaeda sentiment.
