F1...hehe.  The ultimate cure for insomnia.  Would rather be sleeping than get up early on a Sunday to watch that pile of pretentious crap.  Moto GP is where its at these days.  Give me Rossi, Biaggi and Gibs in a bare knuckled, no holds barred slug-fest any time.  Its what F1 used to be.

The ping that occurred after my headset bolt snapped at 25Mph made horrible sound (would have been nice if I had not have known the consiquences). Campag Record Headset adjuster bolt in the Top of the Steerer tube snapped and shot up in the air. I was just lucky I was sat up and not on the drops.

I do not shave legs. Being only 23 it would make me look quier when out for the night and the only reason to do so is:-

Cyclists only shave their legs so they are easier to clean after you fall off. (hairs are very good at retaining dirt).

My tip is don't shave you legs but equally don't fall off. ;D

Was only joshing, this came up in convo on a training ride with some (girl) cycling friends yesterday. Being massive cycling fans, they find men with shaved legs sexy apparently!

Now to return this thread to its rightful owner, any thoughts Bird???

Also as an addendum, shaved ones make post race massaging less painful too I'm led to believe.
