Is In England as in France Milka also a brand of milk chocolate ?

It could explain the aphrodisiac effect of chocolate  ;)

Nope, we don't have Mika chocolate here, or not that I have seen.

OK time for a serious bit of name dropping .. had lunch with Milka last year on the Friday! And what a very nice lady she is!! Didn't send me a Christmas card though......

Blimey, if that's it's the device, and it's hollow, and the only padding is one sock, I think I'd better respond to the spam mail I keep getting which offers to enlarge my manhood...

btw...how do they target those emails? Does everyone get them, or has someone been peeking? I know Mrs Smokie has recieved them, and she usually says she does want a larger one... :-\
