If you need to get through to Speed Ferries make sure you leave plenty of time. I've been trying to ring them for three days and have held for over 25 minutes on three or four ocassions - getting to position number 6 (from 12 in 25 minutes) before having to hang up as I really am expected to do some work here now and again!
I've also emailed them and they say that they take three days to respond but they haven't as yet although today is day 3.
