PH fans are having a meet in virginia waters on 5th Feb in nice cars.....


Although i know my sisters TVR doesnt like the cold, but i'm going on the bike for an hour or so.

Anyone else fancy coming along ??

If I'm home and have nothing else on I might pop down and have a look.  Of course I can have a sneak preview by strolling up to the gathering at the point and seeing if there's anything worth looking at.

You can if you want Mark, but it's a fairly long walk from Bracknell to Virginia Water.   

Saying that though I can go and scope out the area and see if there are other places to park nearby that are free.  Like the road that leads down to the village.

I always used to park in the pub. I think it's The Wheatsheaf? But tehy've put barriers up now. I'm sure you can still use it if you buy a drink though. Chiquitos used to be handy as well but that's closed down now and they've blocked the entrance to the car park, even though it's just sitting there empty.

I don't think parking is too pricey at Saville Gardens. It's a pleasant enough walk round the end of the lake from there.

Plus, I've got my National Trust cream tea vouchers to use up, so that'll suit me.

Just noticed the date - I'll be away sliding down snow covered hills, celebrating my 40th!
