Naffed Hard Drive

Looking for SENSIBLE suggestions PLEASE.

I've f**ked a hard drive, by reformatting it!!!  Yes I Know, if i've not beaten myself enough already.  But does anyone out there have access to or a mate who can be relied upon to help me.

There are tools out there that can unerase formatted hard drives. See here:
