New toll road ?

I have heard there is a new toll road, that either by-passes Rouen or Alencon (the single carriageway road with all the farms that you have to do loads of overtaking on).  Could be the A28 ?

Any ideas.

either look at our new free guide, look at this forum for A28, look at the michelin road router web site, all will have enough information to tell you about the new section of the A28, the french have a specific webpage for it as well.
