Problem with access at work

Anyone have any idea why I can't access CA at work these days? I haven't had any email telling me they were blocking access, anyway if i can find out if they are blocking me. Its a university server so they see a lot worse than the few rather dodgy CA postings that crop up once in a while.
I can access off a mates computer through the uni network but can't off my university owned computer. No probs at home.

If I was you, I would immediately, without delay and further ado lodge a strongly worded letter of protest, remonstration and objection to the Bursar.

Sounds like a vicious net nanny.  We have all sorts of things blocked, so I can't follow some links, but CA is still clear
