LMS at Silverstone
« on: July 10, 2007, 06:36:16 pm »
Hi Guys and Gals,
Got a couple of Q's about the LMS at Silverstone.
Silverstone are offering a 'hospitality package' for £135 + VAT for the LMS on 15-16th Sep. Has anyone ever bought in to it? Is it any good?
Also, this is our first time at one of these 1000km's - what time is practice / qualifying / the race?
Cheers
Gareth
ps We're staying at Whittlebury - I think some of you are doing the same so look forward to putting names to faces.

Hi Huggy

See :
http://www.lmes.com/2007/uk/silverstone/index.asp#

Doesn't yet give the details of when all the sessions are held, but keep watching there for further details.

Just had a look at the packages on offer - some look good, but seem expensive to me, so I for one won't bother.

Between us we had some pretty good 'hospitality' at Donny last year - chilled draught beer, Tropicoma........and that was trackside!!

We're still waiting on a response regarding camping, but I reckon we will end up at Whittlebury.  Watch the  'LMS Silverstone' thread in the General board.

Cheers
