I managed to catch the thanks giving day parade before we left New York last week. Boy the americans know how to put on a show 

And the city was an amazing sight aswell. There was something kind of strange about being at ground zero and in st pauls chappel though.

Gotta look out for those huge balloons sometimes.  I think Stewie from The Family Guy mowed down some spectators a couple of years ago during the Macy's parade.

There have even been deaths reported.Squashed by streetilghts knocked over by the baloons.

The only drama we saw was the smurf head butting the traffic light and a nice lady behind us threatening a rather tall texan with certain death if he kept moving infront of her kids
